Posted by admin on January 9, 2012

Congrats to Eric who was named one of the 15 Breakout Stars to Watch in 2012 by MTV and NextMovie.com!

“One of the best feelings of all, though, is to come out of a theater beaming at having discovered a new talent that you just know will be around for many more years to come. All these folks have that potential for longevity, but they’re starting things off with a clean slate as they attempt to win us over with breakout performances.”

  • Eric Touches Down in NY For Fashion Week

    PETA Fashion Week Party

Fashion week is a crazy time. You’re constantly on the move and for whatever reason most shows seem to run almost an hour late. We started out the week attending the PETA/Stella McCartney event hosted by Tim Gunn, Olivia Munn and Taraji P. Henson. I should have made a note to myself before I wore a Parkchoonmoo leather jacket!

    Perry Ellis

We had to cut that appearance short so I could get up for a 10:00 AM show by Perry Ellis. John Crocco who designs for Perry is one of the nicest guys, and he always puts on a great show. Got there extra early to do Perry’s Live backstage interviews. Sat in the front row with some talented football players, Maurice Legget, George Wilson and William Beatty! Also spent some time talking to Jonathan Cheban.

Academy of Art University Fashion Show

My next stop later on in the day was at the Academy of Art University fashion show which showcased six designers from the University, Aura Taylor, Stephanie Gelot, Jonathan David Baker,Hurst Chang-Wei, and Minha Yoon. That was a pretty cool show as well.

Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian host Vogue/QVC 25 To Watch Party

My next stop was meeting up with my good friend, recording artist Jeannie Ortega to attend Vogue’s party for QVC and Kim Kardashian. You don’t realize how BIG the Kardashian’s are until you’re about to walk the red carpet for an event hosted by them, and it’s as long as a movie premiere. I’ve met Kim a few times before so I guess I never thought about how big they are.

Alright, enough about the Kardashian’s. Vogue and QVC know how to throw a party! If you watched QVC you caught our interviews live on TV, also had a lot of fun being interviewed by Maggie at PopEater! She makes the interviews fun. Also got to talk to my 30 Rock buddy Katrina Bowden and Kelly Rutherford from Gossip Girl.
